• SHAREHOLDERS 

The shareholders of SC Electrica Furnizare Transilvania Nord SA are SC Electrica SA and Fondul Proprietatea SA. 78% of the social capital of 16,195,830 lei is hold by SC Electrica SA and 22% of the capital is hold by Fondul Proprietatea SA.

• THE ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT 

The General Assembly – is the management organism which decides on the economic activities and policies
The Board – is the organism which assures the administrative management of the company. Its 5 members are assigned and dismissed, if the case may be, by the General Asembly, for a period of maximum 4 years. The Board assigns the management team and the General Management.
