Electricity supply is based only on an agreement (contract) between the supplier and the consumer. Electricity consumption without a contract is considered as fraud, contravention or infraction and it is punished according to laws. Complaints relating to the supply and electricity invoice are attended only if they were made by the holder of contract. Any other information concerning the contractual relations between suppliers and potential or current customer could be obtained from the Customer Care Centers which are organized by geographical areas.
HOW TO BECOME OUR CUSTOMER
The steps you need to take to connect to the electricity distribution installations:

- Obtaining the Technical Connection Permit. Click here to see Technical Connection Permit request
- Conclude the agreement to carry out the connection according to approved terms and conditions and pay connection tax.
- Concluding the Operation Agreement with the Distribution operator, if necessary.
- Carrying out the connection equipment.
- Equipment reception.
- Conclusion of the supply electricity contract.
- Connection to the distribution installations.
