Electricity supply is based only on an agreement (contract) between the supplier and the consumer. Electricity consumption without a contract is considered as fraud, contravention or infraction and it is punished according to laws. Complaints relating to the supply and electricity invoice are attended only if they were made by the holder of contract. Any other information concerning the contractual relations between suppliers and potential or current customer could be obtained from the Customer Care Centers which are organized by geographical areas.
CAUTION!
You can contract electricity supply for a house which is already supplied only after the old contract is canceled. The contract must be canceled at least 5 days before losing all the legal rights for the house. You must go to the Customer Care Centre where you belong with your ID and cash to pay the cancellation (it’s also fit to have a paid electricity invoice) and so to schedule the counter reading and to stop the electricity supply. This reading will be used to make the liquidation invoice. Once you have canceled your contract it’s preferable to ask the new owner of the house to come and conclude his new contract. The contract holder must be the occupant of the house, owner or renter. If the new owner hasn’t conclude a new contract for electricity supply after buying the house, the supplier is entitled to charge the entire amount of recorded electricity for the old owner and to stop the electricity supply until a new contract is made.
