Starting with 22.07.2011 was founded the Commercial Society “Electrica Furnizare”, according with HG no. 930, 1september 2010.
SC “Electrica Furnizare” SA is branch at SC Electrica SA and it formed with next commercial societies fusion:

• SC Electricity Supply Branch “Electrica Furnizare Transilvania Nord” SA based in Cluj Napoca, str. Memorandumului no.27
• SC Electricity Supply Branch “Electrica Transilvania Sud” SA based in Brasov, Pictor Luchian, no. 25
• SC Electricity Supply Branch “Electrica Muntenia Nord” SA based in Ploiesti, str. Gheorghe Doja no. 37-39.

SC “Electrica Furnizare’ SA takes all rights and obligations which involves the electricity supply activity of those three companies mentioned.

The reorganization of our company will not influence the relation with our customers, in present (closing contracts, invoicing, encashment etc.). SC “Electrica Furnizare” SA will continue to run all the commercial activities of those three companies merged.

We inform you that SC “Electrica Furnizare” SA will work at Customer Care Center and it will keep the same locations from area (Commercial Points, Customer Care Centers, Pay Offices) knows by our customers.

Your identification dates, Bank’s accounts of those six Supply Agencies from Transilvania Nord and the invoices payment methods remain unchanged and you will find on your invoice.

Starting with 1 April 2011, entry into force, Order of the President of the Electricity Regulatory nr.12 /25.02.2011,published in MO nr.176/14 march 2011.
According to this Order, suppliers are obliged to invoice the client contribution to high-efficiency cogeneration.
Contribution for high-efficiency cogeneration is part from national legislation of “Directive 2004/8/CE for cogeneration promoting based on necessary thermal energy”.
This contribution is a support promoting production of heat and power for high-efficiency cogeneration, to reduce consume for raw materials and energy in production process concomitant with reduction of pollutant emissions.
The contribution value to high-efficiency cogeneration is, according to Order 12 ANRE, 0,0185/kWh, exclusive TVA.
Contribution paid by final customer is directly proportional with the quantity of energy billed monthly and it not depends by tariff type. This will be separate on the bill.
Energy customers have, according to same Order, obligation to pay amounts the value invoiced, and for late payment, have obligation to pay penalties for it, according to supply electrical energy contract for payment.

Example for calculation:

For a 100kWh consume monthly, contribution for high-energy cogeneration will be:

100 x 0, 0185 = 1, 85 lei exclusive TVA
1, 85 x 1, 24 = 2, 29 with TVA

Money for this support, will be allocated to electrical energy producers for high-energy cogeneration (Order ANRE no.9/25.02.2011).

Starting with 1 January 2011, exchange rates for excises calculation owned to State Budget will be 4.2655 lei/euro.
According Fiscal Code, the value in "lei" of excises owned to the State Budget is determined based on the exchange rate established by the European Central Bank in the first work day of October from previous year and published in European Union Official Journal.

Starting with 1 October 2010 the delay penalties for invoices payment is 0.04% for each delay day.
This amendment takes place in accordance with OUG 88/29.09.2010 amending and supplementing OG nr.92/2003.

Starting with 1 June 2010 the documentation submitted, to obtain the site and technical connection fee and for payment you can do it only at the Distribution Branch:

Starting with 1 January 2010 the tariffs at the electrical energy for householder customers and the economic agents who use regulated tariffs it is modified as:

• The Order no.102/23.12.2009 published in the MO no.920/29.12.2009-for householder customers
• The Order 103/30.12.2009 published in the MO no.924/30.12.2009-for economic agents

The own declarations personal dates for pay fee exemption to the public service of broadcasting must be renewed annually by at least 30 days before the deadline 12 months for the last declaration submitted.

The submitted declarations within the period mentioned above produce their effect starting with next month when the declaration was submitted.

In case this own declaration is not renewing, the Supply company Electrica Furnizare Transilvania Nord, has the obligation to restarted fee encashment.
